eC4 is an energy conservation, command and control platform that connects non-intrusively to plant equipment and proactively uncovers inefficiencies to ensure optimal energy use (Water, Air, Gas, Electricity, Steam, Renewables).
eC4 continuously optimizes energy intensity by:
a) Connecting individually to every machine in the plant & converting them into a live energy sensor.
b)Baselining energy performance of the connected machines for various operational conditions to identify "Energy Over-Consumption Events" or anomalies.
c) Continuously identifying opportunities to remove energy waste in each energy guzzler that is working on a given production schedule.
